Ethics Policy for Kandalika: International Multidisciplinary E-Research Journal (KAIMERJ)

Kandalika: International Multidisciplinary E-Research Journal (KAIMERJ) is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in publishing and academic research. We encourage authors, reviewers, and editors to adhere to ethical guidelines that promote integrity, fairness, transparency, and responsibility in all stages of the publishing process.

Authorship and Contributions:

All authorship must accurately reflect the contributions to the research work. Authors are expected to ensure that all those who contributed substantially to the study are listed as authors.

Individuals who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged in the acknowledgment section.

All authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of the study.

Plagiarism:

Authors must ensure that their work is original, and any sources used should be properly cited.

The journal uses plagiarism detection tools to ensure the integrity of submissions.

Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript and may be reported to relevant academic bodies.

Peer Review Process:

KAIMERJ follows a double-blind peer-review process to ensure impartiality and fairness.

Reviewers must provide objective, constructive feedback and declare any conflicts of interest that may influence their assessment.

Manuscripts will not be reviewed if they fall outside the scope of the journal.

Ethical Treatment of Research Participants:

Confidentiality:

All individuals involved in the submission and review process (authors, reviewers, editors) must maintain the confidentiality of any information related to manuscripts under review.

Authors should not share information or data from their submissions before publication without prior permission.
